fished east canyon

the pictures will do all the explaining.

Details are always helpful.

Nice weather too.

Still looks like you had a better day than me at work

Man that weather looked nasty!!! At least you boated a some. Gotta a couple questions for ya…What depth were the trout hanging out at? And how many fish did you end up catching. Still slow up there? sorry all the questions, Im just heading up saturday and was wondering what to expect. Thanks

you boys are certifiable. lmao. :sunglasses:

Short and to the point fishing report. So, still cold up there?

looks like he was using downriggers, sling blades and cripplures

we only caught 4 fish all on different lures, but yes my #1 trout and kokanee killer, the sling blade and cripplure made one more trout fall victim. everything was 30’ up to the surface nothing consistent.had more hits on the planer boards than downriggers. we only trolled one lap from the boat dock straight south back to taylors hollow or whatever its called and back to the ramp. At one time there was about 2 inches of snow on the deck of the boat. fun fun fun

Very nice. I remember when I was young and threw caution to the wind and did things like that. ah those were the good old days. Good on ya.

polokid and i fished east canyon on thanksgiving day a few yesrs back and shoveled 10in of snow off the ramp so we could launch the boat. fishing is always awesome when its snowing as long as the wind dont come up.
