Hit the west side of Yuba today at about 2pm. I fished right off the state park boat ramp. Fished from 8ft. to 30ft. deep. In two hours I caught two perch, both in 14ft of water at different times. It doesn’t look like too many people have been fishing over that way. The ice is about 4" along the shore and then 6" further out.
You need to go about 300 to 500 yards out to get where the perch are at that end of the lake…
On that side you have to do a lot of walking around. You should hit painted rocks less walking there. It has more areas close that perch hang out at just a suggestion.[;)]
