hit pineview at port ramp then by yacht club. ice is 4-6 inches thick of good clear ice but mad for slick and spooky walking. Lots of popping and cracking going on(which i know is good but still eerie). Fished from 830 to 1130. Caught around 8 dink perch and 2 keepers. Pretty slow going but nice to get on the hard deck finally. Would like to have explored more but as i pulled the auger out, one of the blades was broke in half so we had to finish the holes with a hatchet this time. Can;t wait for the new Stikemaster to arrive next week[;)]! Still a couple pockets of open water in the Narrows. Not sure about Middle fork or South fork arms but they looked capped from what we could see and not sure how thick ice is out toward middle.

Nope not us. We were the three that came back from the yacht club area around 1130.
