How has pineview been fishing? I would like to take a friend up there and attempt to catch a tiger muskie. I will be heading up tomorrow and hoping that there wont be so many boats on the water. Any information would be helpful for muskie, crappie, perch or smallies.

went there a couple of weeks ago and water was still very high. no crappies but caught a lot of dink perch, I mean a lot. I also caught two smallmouths and two bluegills( who knew they were in there ) . we just went to any cove and threw small plastics aroung the weeds.
i have not caught a muskie (though it is a goal this year),
so not much help there I have had one hit a top water frog a couple weeks ago and have seen a couple patrolling but couldnt get them to chase anything, I was there this last thursday and friday, and managed alot of dink perch and a few eaters, the dinks seem to be close to shore near the submerged bushes, and the larger ones are deeper around 15-20ft, all the crappie i caught were in the same general area as the dink perch and im guessing are in an agressive mode as 2 of the 3 i caught were on a rattling rapp and hit them almost as soon as the lure hit the water.
