hi
After posting my inquire. got all the info I needed from MERCURYMANS posts Thanks

Hey, I usually a lot more fish anywhere on the west side of the lake. Also the earlier I get out the better I do. It seems like the fish get fished out of the marinas by this time of year. My brother and I fished in december off the docks through 1" of ice and caught them as fast as we could unhook them until we left. Thats the way it usually is, but I don’t ever try to fish for them this late in the year. One trick when it is slow. Drill several holes close together and jig seveeral sonar jigs right off the bottom creating a little mud cloud. This seems to always get at least a few to bight. Good luck. I hope you find them.

Thanks. That bottom sturring should work. You ever tryed out in front of the Ireco explosive plant? Last time I tryed it caught some whites close to 3 pounds. Joe

all around the explosive plant area it’s posted like crazy.. Keep OUT

I used to work there and it was a way in. but not anymore. It was a good place for chanal cat, walleye and carp. Joe

Is there any open water to fish for white bass this time of year. Not much into ice fishing and want to get out some where. Would like to take my young son and daughter to so the easier to get to the better!

I was did some urban fishing on the Jordan river the other day and didnt have any luck. I know their is some huge whities in their. Also walleye, cats, carp, trout, bluegill, largemouth and a couple more !!! No ice but its muddy everywhere.

On that note I was hoping other people fish it too and have some info. I know its a nasty river but I have caught a few 5# walleye and big cats. Low pressure and of coarse nobody ever keeps their catch.(I know I wouldnt).

I could throw a rock in the Jordan from my house so if anybody knows anything let me know I usually use a worm deadstickin it and jig around the edges and tributary inlets with the other pole. I have also caught a ton of white fish with Blue Fox Vibrax spinners,#1 or #2 youll catch a few trout too sometimes. I would jig in the winter though but what do I know I got skunked the other day.

URBAN FISHING CAN BE REALLY FUN!!! (just dont eatem)
