**All of a sudden, getting these advertisements again, only this time they pop up and cover almost the entire thread post I may be reading at the time… Thought that was one reason for the site ** change.
I got a couple today but they were just links to a fishing site. BUT…they froze my browser on my phone when they popped up requiring me to close out and restart chrome. Not good!
I have not seen any ads on here - yet. No clue about it. But I don’t come here except with my laptop - never use my phone for browsing forums. I might Google a business now and again on my phone when I’m out & about, but forum work is all done at home on my PC. And I’m using ‘uBlock Origin’ ( thanks Rocky ?) along with the DuckDuckGo search engine. No ads here.
I have yet to see an ad on my computer screen while viewing BFT. All y’al that keep getting them might just want to install the FREE ‘uBlock Origin’ app. Here’s the link: https://ublock-origin.en.softonic.com/
I got this Email from the site owner saying, The ads were NOT supposed to be mixed within the posts like they are. THAT IS CRAZY You can tell the members that the site devolopers are on it and hopefully will have if fixed ASAP?
You don’t see that happen to Rapalas very often, but it sure make it frustrating to spend that kind of money and have it happen. You can put some 2 part epoxy inside and tape it closed for the cure period to fix it. Better than tossing the lure out.
Or, if it’s usable as is (not falling apart) just use that open crack for your scent attractors…Sounds like temps need to take a dive up North also, before fish believe it’s actually Fall season…maybe after this weekend? Hope to see you on the water at EC or RP…Guluk…
That thought entered my mind when I first saw it. But looking deeper into the crack the eye hook doesn’t look to be very secure at all. I have options of a 2 part epoxy or fiberglass resin which I keep a stock of both. :-/
