Hey everyone. I planning on heading out to utah lake this saturday. Since the reports say its hot for cats and white bass thought I would give it a try.
Anyone have good suggestions I am planning on targeting both white bass and cats. Cats I have a pretty good Idea of what I am doing but I haven’t fished for white bass before so not really sure what is the best right now.
Any tips would awesome

We just had several people all fishing all around the Lincoln Beach area. Everybody caught white bass. They are best in shallower water…less than 5 feet deep and even into 2 feet around the reeds. Use small spinners, small jigs tipped with worm or a piece of worm under a bobber. Once you find the area you will keep busy. They were actually boiling in some areas today, eating the midges that were falling on the water.
