Welcome Back TD!

Let me know when you’re ready to hit Willard. I have never caught a Wiper and would love to add that to my resume. I bet those glow-jigs would work over there.

:sunglasses:PWC…about 6 AM…to maybe noon…depending on W.

:sunglasses:**I keep wanting to hit Willard again too, but the weather keeps it stirred up and muddy. Not good for wiper fishing. The high water temps have not made for prime action for either walleyes or wipers. **

Let’s watch for the annual September 1st, temperature drop and then when the water temps get back down between 60 and 65…with two to three days of decent weather in a row…we can launch our “destroyers” and try to harvest a few.

White or chartreuse plastics are likely to be the best bets. But, last year they were pretty good on big white spinner baits for awhile. This year the conditions are completely wacko. We will have to work to find the fish and then to romance them.

Sounds good.
I just looked at the forcast this week and I’m pleased to see the temps have lowered to the low-mid 80’s. Looks like (hopefully) autumn is on it’s way- it kinda feels that way at least.

Next time I’ll give you a real run. I’ll have you hold the Shark![;)]
