took the toon and the fly rod to the berry today. fished chicken creek to the west shore. was a little slow yet, still too warm. caught about 10 cuts, all about 18 inches. beats working any day though, right ???
Not a bad day! What colors seemed to be best? how deep?
early morning over on the west side of chicken creek i was in only about 10 to 15 feet of water. later in the day south of the chicken creek point was about 20 to 25 feet of water. was using a red and brown krystal bugger and a black and purple seal bugger.
