Starvation report 6-6-09

My older brother and I fished Starvation this morning from about 7-11 am on the north end. We fished in about 10-25 feet of water and were mostly using tubes. We caught about 8-10 walleye but nothing real big. We also caught a few perch and a few smallies. When the wind picked up, the fishing slowed way down for us. It was a pretty fun outing nonetheless. I wish Starvation was a little closer to home. It is a beautiful place! [fishin].

I hope these pics work. I have never done this before .

Good luck Fod, the weather is suppose to suck even more tomorrow. Grrrrr…

Looks like nice weather, nice catch

I also have a little boat where did you launch? Do you want to meet up there tomorrow? Did you try anything else if yes what? Also what color tubes

Why did you video get removed icono

We launched at the state park. We are not real familiar with the lake yet. I am pretty sure there are a few places to launch a small boat on the north end, but not sure how to get there.

We will probably head up there Saturday the 20th of June but I am not sure. The tubes were in shades of brown and green and we were just working them slowly on the bottom. We were tipping them with worms. Hope that helps. Good luck.

I hope this weather warms up so I can fish a lot more. Happy fishing to all. [fishin].
