I highly doubt it. There was only 200 yards of open water at the dam last Sunday. That was pretty much it. I’d say you still have a couple of weeks.
Was there today. Open water at the dam, boat ramp is still iced in. Southwest section up to the island has open water but still iced up alone the east shore. Fished 1 hour before work, caught 2 on a bronze spoon, 16"ers, no luck on the second pole with power bait or salmon eggs.
Can you launch a boat yet ??
Need to burn some fuel
