Wasn’t fly fishing today, but the browns on the Ogden were smacking midges off the top the enitre time I was there.
If anyone wants to get some dry flying in… Hit the Ogden in the canyon… you will not be dissapointed.

Throughout the canyon there is access. Keep an eye out for private property. [:)]

I hit the Ogden yesterday afternoon and noticed the same thing. Lots and lots of nice fish rising. I too was using my spinning gear. Caught 4. Shoulda taken the fly rod. Still had fun playin hookie though[;)].
Yeah… I was kicking myself in the butt last time for not taking the fly rod. Next time!
