Had a good night fishing with my dad Saturday. We put in the water around 6:30 and fished until dark. We fished shallow flats all night and caught all fish in under 6' of water I managed a 3lber and 4lber on a silver rattle trap, and somehow managed 5 12"+ crappie on it too. My dad didn't do to well, he got skunked on a worm. He finally put on a crank bait and caught a nice size crappie and a smaller bass. The crappie must still be schooled up thick and to be biting like that. I threw top water right before dark hoping for some action, but no such luck!! must be too early in still
