Ice conditions and shoreline conditions
Port Ramp parking lot
We were there last Saturday and no problems with shorelines, main body ice, or parking at the Port Ramp…just curious after this weeks earlier storm.

Well, I’m hoping that it opens up sooner or later. Once it does, the shallows warm… small fish move up from the depths… and the tiger musky follow. Can’t wait for another year, even if I only get a few toothy snakes.
I was thinking about coming up on friday afternoon. I know they had at least 6 inches of snow on monday. The temperatures at night have been plenty cold. I think you could get on without any problem. I wonder if they plowed so much snow into the entrance to port ramp that you might not be abe to get in. Plan B would be to drive out to browning point and walk arounnd the point to your honey hole. gshorthair
