Badly needed repairs to water systems require basically draining Pineview!
Bit risky if not a good snowfall this winter water supplies will be severely impacted. Willard may get a bit more water ! Article in Tribune there was a Mention of more water in echo?? Doesnt seem like that makes sense?
While I would love to fish Pineview as suggested, I fear that the gonzo idiots who paid for a season launch ticket will be even more apt to crowd the shrinking lake while they still can. I DO hope that this will help refill Willard, though.

Early and see if I can score some panfish. Before the power squad and hate to see them just die and go to waste. I wonder if the division would consider a volunteer group to catch fish, if they would provide holding tanks and fish holding truck to relocate to other waters??
Maybe willard could use some crappies? Other options I’m sure as well?

Now that’s a volunteer opportunity I would really be interested in! How about a Dedicated Hunter service project catching fish at Pineview for release into other waters for dedicated hunter service hours?
This is a great attempt at saving some of ‘our’ fish.
If the government said no to this I would really be pissed off.
The government is supposed to work for us, not the other way around.
I’m worried about your mental state Shane. Don’t let the dipshidiots run your life. There are way too many opportunities to enjoy life without letting the government interfere. There are dozens of other water bodies we can enjoy within an hours drive of SLC. 
I threw my Lance on my truck last Weds, drove through Cascade, then dropped down through Hells Canyon Recreation area to the town of Grangeville.
I had my new trap gun with me and stopped in to the Grangeville Trap Club for a round but they were closed.
Then drove over to Helena and visited friends and checked out their chain of impoundments on the Missoula.
Absolutely amazing. Free launching and the campgrounds don’t charge fees Sep-May.
Tried to shoot a round at the Helena Trap Club but they were closed also.
Spent Saturday night at Clark Canyon, unbelievable how low it was!
Returned home last night and attended a family fireworks show.
Maybe Fishlake next week?

Good deal. Waiting on the return of my new Browning Citori 825 Pro Trap gun from Oklahoma where the triggers are being converted to release triggers - yes, both of them. Since I haven’t seen you at any ATA Registered shoots, can I assume you don’t shoot ATA tournaments?

Karl just finished my wife’s BT, I also had him work on my rare first gen 99Plus.
Looking forward to picking them up when he gets home sometime this week.
I had Phillips convert the Plus back to pull trigger a few years ago.
Tried the release and did not care for it.
I had new locking blocks put in both of them.
Tried to find a 825 in dedicated unsingle a few months back.
They are beautiful!
Contacted Browning and they said it would not be available soon, if ever.
Bought the Guns of Omaha 99 high rib with Gracoil installed.
Wanted a SBT with zero ports on the barrel and finally got it!
I’m going to have Karl install the r.a.d. recoil reducer on the 825 after I get it back. He likes them a little better than the Gracoil because the r.a.d. has more adjustments to better fit the shooter.

Talked to someone that “talked” to someone, so it’s hearsay. But response was they would not have time to certify as disease free etc, so probably not going to happen!! Now me thinks since they are going to send water and therefore potentially fish and or disease to Willard already as they are “connected” by down stream flow, why not move fish to Willard ? But maybe that makes too much sense for GOVT agency? Seems Willard could use a shot of crappie to jumpstart things. Crappie seem to be down last couple years?
**Buddy fished Pineview early the other days did have wake board boat craziness before they quit, kept 45 crappie and some smaller SMB , could not bring themselves to fillet bigger SMB Even knowing they may perish soon.
Too bad some of his ‘catch’ did not take a river ride to Willard!
I also believe the RAD is hydraulic, where the Gracoil is a spring.
RAD was not offered on this limited edition of 99’s than Guns Unlimited recieved from Browning.
Both are way better than my first gen 99 design by Browning.

Trap shooting? I have not shot trap since 1961, when I won Sub-Junior Handicap at the Grand American. A month later shattered my left arm/wrist in freshman gym class and could never properly hold a shotgun again. Back then, I shot pumps, a M12 but my favorite was an 870. Both factory stock except for ribs. Shot high 90s.

I wish we could transfer fish, but the lake must be certified disease free and I don’t think Pineview is certified. I am not aware of diseases there, but think wirling disease - ugggg. It does not always show it’s ugly head.
Yes, but if it were destination say Willard they are connected waterbodies fish move to Willard already, downstream how about move them to Willard at least they would not be wasted . Any disease issues it seems would be already in the mix I would assume. I am not a biologist, it seems Willard could use a recharge on crappie. Just my humble opinion?
They should 100% be moved to Willard.
