hit the otter for a few hours, got there late in the day, no hits, a bit slow. ice was 4", water level must be rising, as you punch the holes, water pushed through the ice and made the snow a slushy mess. Hopefully after a few weeks Otter will show its true colors, it has been a frustrating fall at ottercreek.
