- 11 ounces crabmeat or imitation crabmeat - 3-1/2 Tbs. onions, finely chopped - 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. soy or vegetable oil - 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. water - 1/3 cup cider vinegar or lemon juice - 2 tsp. fresh parsley or dill - 2 tsp. seafood seasoning - 1/8 tsp. salt optional
Combine crabmeat and onion. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over crabmeat mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours before using.
