- 5 ounces cream cheese, softened - 1/4 lb. crabmeat, drained and flaked - 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. Parmesan cheese, shredded - 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. green onions, chopped - 2 tsp. dry white wine (optional) - 3/4 tsp. prepared horseradish - 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce - 1-3/4 Tbs. sliced almonds - assorted cracker
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients, except almonds and crackers, until well blended. Spoon into a buttered 9 inch pie plate or quiche dish and sprinkle with almonds. Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with crackers.
