Lake Trout Hunting @Gorge

I have heard that there is alot of open water these day’s and we’ve decided to get the boat wet this weekend 03-31/04-03 and weather permitting get in to some big one’s. Hopefully there will be some other bft’ers who are up there I will be on channel 16 on the radio and look forward to talking to any of you. Hopefully I’ll have some good thing’s to report come Monday.

Good luck on your trip, and I hope you can find some cooperative fish!

I would say it’s all open but I have not been up north passed holmes crossing.the bow fishing is awsome and thay are some health fish and if the koke’s are on a down yr it’s sure not showing the little bugger’s are all over and easy to catch the mack’s have been a bit harder to find but swim and antelope seem to be holding a ton of fish be passionte it’s not like eny spring I have ever fished with the water leveal being so much hire than last yr fish are in difrent spot’s than last yr oh well make’s it interesting and make’s a guy learn the lake.see ya on the water …

Man!!!, wish I could get up there real soon but it taint happenin’ so catch one or two goodin’s for me! Best of luck!

On Friday mourning I will be in the Anvil area looking for mack’s and maybe a line or two for the Kokes…Then I should be moving may way toward Holmes Crossing and Squaw Hollow to have a look but If you have a radio call for me Call sign is E-FISH-N-SEA and I will be sure to respond. They say the rainbow fishing is hot so I might make my way up to the shallow’s in buckboard and go trout hunting.
