The road from I 80 to East canyon open yet, or do you still need to go the long way from SLC??

I was at East Canyon last Thursday and Highway 65 was still closed. I havent’ heard any word on when it will open (or if it will open.) It was closed the majority of the time last year when I tried going.

According to the Trib, it’s supposed to open tomorrow at 8 am. Big Mountain Highway reopens Thursday - The Salt Lake Tribune
