Well guys I apologize for not being on the site. The lack of ice has been terrible. Finally got out to chase some last weekend. Went to Hawkins reservoir in Idaho. There was about 4 to 5 inches of ice with cars drifting on it while I was trying to fish… some brave or dumb souls I guess. The fishing was alright. Just fished the afternoon and caught about a dozen between both of us. Mostly rainbows and a cutthroat. Fished 5 to 15 fow.
Not sure its the place to post about Idaho, just thought I’d throw it out there. Looking to go again tomorrow. Maybe I’ll explore another lake in Idaho.
Once again I apologize for the absence. Good luck and be safe to my fellow ice guys!
