I went up to the Gorge last weekend to do a little fishing. I could not believe the fish I caught from the shore. I caught 5 lakers, and four bright red kokanees. Now remember all kokanee caught until the end of Nov. must be released. The lakers were between 2-5 pounds. I hooked all of these in under two and a half hours. I had one on ever other cast, but a lot got off, and i lost a few lures.

That sounds like a great day at the Gorge. When you can do that good from shore for kokes and macks it makes me wonder what you were using, do you mind sharing what lures you were using? Thanks for posting your report. WH2
