went up to the gorge on the 1st THURSDAY only fished about 15 minutes caught 2 decent bows but the wind blew us off the water fast, rested at the hotel for the rest of the day due to million mile an hour wind. FRIDAY-on water by 6:30 with same wind and decided to try it any ways.fish 3 of 4 setups for larger lake trout in the canyon from the pipeline down to stateline most of the day and couldn’t leave that area due to high winds, they did let up a little later in the day caught a hand full of bows,1 small laker, 1 koke, SATURDAY- slept in till 8 or so, nice day little wind, we decided to try for dinner. we rigged all 4 setups for kokes and had our limit in a couple of hours along with a couple more small lakers and bows and headed out. No honorable mentions but did get dinner.

No big fish but a very satisfying report. The Gorge will always reward those who wait out its wrath. It will always give you a limit of something, no matter what. Yours is one more report to prove that. Great job.
you are right in what we call the honey pot atanvil nice job. and great pictures.
we picked all the kokes up from 21-31 feet to be precise, but never marked any schools in that depth range,picked up multiples each time but they don’t seem to be concentrated anywhere YET. shasta sling blades with various shasta lures.
