Jed, sorry that no one has responded to your post. I am far from an expert on jigging for macks at Fish Lake, but I did manage to get one over 13 pounds through the ice this year. The usual jigs that are used at Bear Lake and Flaming Gorge will also work at Fish Lake. I would try a variety of tube jigs. The deeper the water the less difference it probably makes which color one uses. At Fish Lake I like to tip my jigs with sucker, chub and perch (probably in that order). I will try all three to see if that is what they like. A couple weeks ago I caught a small mack down there using a jig that had both a hook on the front and on the back, and I put sucker on one hook and chub on the other. I have been told by anglers who are familiar with Fish Lake that right now is probably the most difficult time of year to try to catch macks down there. I would try water 60’ deep and deeper. Good luck if you go.
