Fish Lake Cabins Question.

Is anyone familiar with the winter cabin rental situation at fish lake? I was wondering if it easier to get cabins on week days versus weekends. I am planning on hitting the lake to help thin out some of those numerous perch I keep hearing about. I might try for some of the monster trout as well on this trip. I heard the perch are generally small, but has anybody hooked into schools of larger perch while fishing there, particularly through the ice? thanks in advance for the info.

Brifish.

the cabins are kind-a pricey but very nice.. you should be able to get one at any time tho… call them and find out 435 638-1000

as for big perch.. there are some big perch in there but most are small.

That must be why they still allow harvest of Tigers in Fish Lake. Wouldn’t want them to stay in there to help with the stunted perch.

we usually rent one of the cabin’s by the lodge, for 4 days in febuary. they are really nice. i think it’s alittle less for weekdays than weekends.
holleyberry is the one we rented last year. go on line and check them out. :sunglasses:

I have reserved the cabins in the past and despite the prices I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. I didn’t get a chance to go down last year but I can’t imagine much has changed.

I’d second that. They are pricey, but I still have vivid memories of my time up there 10 years later.
