After many trips to Utah lake and the Jordan River I finally caught my first walleye out by the pumphouse. It went 21 inches. Unfortunately, I don’t have a scale so I couldn’t weigh it but it felt heavy and my boy couldn’t even hold the net up. Great day on the river!

Weight on a 21’ walleye can vary from under 3# to almost 4#, depending on basic health. Looks like yours is healthy…until the “weight loss” program of filleting.
