Said good morning to the ducks that have taken up residence on my front lawn.
Got there around 2pm.
There were some cool clouds.
Caught plenty of these.
And even got a nice one on the 5wt.
Spent the evening hours learning some new waters.

It was a blast sight fishing cutts so close to shore.
Strawberry was terrible to me when we first met…always giving me the skunk.
But once I picked up the ways of the fly rod, I never got skunked there again.

Funny, I am just the opposite, have not flyfished Strawberry in a long time, I usually just sit on the boat and jig and drink beer, now rivers are another story.

There was a brown trout in there. You must of missed it.

TDT did…and yeah, the fishing, skiing and even work have taken a dive since I messed up my knee in the Tushars. Some pain was followed by the berry fishing trip, but it was well worth it.

One (ok, two) of the things I miss most about my old days was a cold one on the bank, and a good cigar. Man.
I am good with cheap beer and fine cigars… Or good beer and fine cigars[sly]
