Slow day. moved around a lot. fished100yrds south of Taylor Hollow to 100yrds north. Only iced 4, 15" bows in a group of 5. Bite was really light on jigs but tried a small ball of power bait and they hit harder but still couldn’t get into them.
You should have called Justin and hooked up with him. He has East Canyon down to an art and they have been slaying them everytime.

I fished East Canyon monday as well, the bite was slow! Got on the ice about 7 am just about at first light. Did not get the first hit until after nine. Nine to eleven we iced about 12 fish, missed a few more. I was using a bright green tube jig tipped w/ a night crawler. I Tried a rat finke w/ meal worms, radical glows with no luck. The bright green jig was the only thing they would hit. We were fishing over towards the marina. Before 9 We marked very few fish, about 9:30 they started showing up in 10- 25 ft of water.
