I caught a couple but VERY tough as the guy that ran the pay station said in 15yrs it was first time ever “skunked” - lake is turning over.
There is a bit of afternoon algae bloom but the lake will not “turn over” until the surface temp reaches 39 degrees. At that point the density of the water becomes greater than the warmer layers below and sinks to the bottom.
