I took some friends to DC this morning. We started fishing around 8:30 and fished till the “W” came up around 10:30-11:00. It went from glass to whitecaps in about 5 min. We caught 6. 5 bows and 1 brown all over a pound some closer to 2lbs. We caught them on pop gear and a worm 10’ down fishing form the island to the RR tracks and back. Sorry they took all the pics and I have none to share. Hope this helps.
