Nice slab crappie! Now what’s the story?

Would you mind saying where you were fishing? We would love to get a few crappie. Thanks

Perhaps Bob doesn’t want to get some flack for hot spotting Pineview?[;)]

Sorry folks, I’m not at liberty to divulge the location of this place. But I do want to wish each and every one of you a very Merry Christmas and a New Year filled with whatever brings joy to your heart.

Peace, love, and filled creels to all.

He was probably fishing somewhere in Idaho. Utah doesn’t grow crappie like that.[;)]

Oh yes we do grow them even bigger in Utah…[;)][sly][crazy]

I have to agree with ya Cliff. Yep, bigger!

That’s not a report, it’s just a picture!

No doubt two or three years ago???

Maybe Lake Powell finally froze over!:sunglasses:

Not a chance in he** would lake Powell ice over…[crazy]

But it dose have some very big crappy…[;)][sly]

I’m guessing you called a “travel fish aquarium”. You know a company that lets you fish in the back of a U-haul truck.

Or that you found them on your neighbor’s front porch.

:sunglasses:HOT SPOTTER! Don’t you know that everybody in Utah reads these reports? The next time you go there it is likely to be…just the same.

As we have discussed many times on this board, it is okay to give general info on larger well-known waters that can handle more pressure. But, if your success was on a small pond or at a special place on a bigger lake that does not need to be overrun with happy harvesters then it is fitting that you be suitably vague. No need to give GPS numbers and tell exactly what you used and how.

Nice shot.

lol no chance in he$$?? i just seen i pic on the news showing bullfrog the back bay had ice on it.. so there is a chance just not a good one..

I hope you have that picture so we all can see it, I know it will snow and some of the shore puddles may have ice but NOT MY LAKE POWELL[;)] …
