Catch more fish guaranteed

Wouldn’t it be nice if you could catch more fish every time out ? You could if your tackle box isn’t full of these already. They work great for trolling and casting. They cost more than others that are made to do the same thing, but if they cost triple I’d still buy them.Ya I have some of the others they never see the water. If its not broke don’t fix it.I’ve lost a lot of them but still own my first one that I got 30 yrs ago.I bought it because I liked the way that it looked.I still have it believe it or not and always will. Its retired now.By now I’d bet you know what I’m talking about if not take a peak at the pictures below. If you promise to release the trophy type of fish I’d gladly send you pictures of my favorite ones.Just send me a note.My boat has landed over a 1000 lake trout with them and had 50 fish rainbow days with them..8 tigers in the same day (2 over 40").And lots of others. They work!!!

Rapalas catch fish so YOU can release them.

FIsh eat fish that swim, like a rapala. True true.

man o man, wish Rapala still made the jointed tail dancer in a #9 Rainbow trout and a Pearch scale. hey are awesome.

Wanna get rid of those ones you have?[;)]

sorry bro,
I want more myself.I’ll tell you what worked for me that might work for you.I put an add on ksl headlined tackle wanted.I had 13 replys within a week.It was great.I bought one big tackle full of stuff to much to list for 15 bucks.:slight_smile:Three tackle boxes with top water plugs alot more bass stuff, odds and ends and more tubes and jig heads, than one guy would ever use for 50 bucks. One guy sold me 98 rapalas new in the box,and threw in 2 spools of berkley vanish transition line for 200 bucks.another 44 needle fish, 5 large flasher, and a mix of 33 Rapalas and rebels for 100.00 bucks..Another guy gave me a real nice pole, pop gear and 3 rapalas for 20 bucks.I ended up with well over 2000 dollars worth of stuff for 385.00.It was like christmas you didn’t know what you was going to get until you opened the box.
Rapalas r rated G for everyone.
If I didn’t know better I would think you took a picture of my boxes. I’m a crank bait freak and always have been. Fish eat small fish and the equals a Rapala to me

I’ll answer all the notes I promise its going to take a minute to keep up.To make it easier please tell me,what kind of fish your after, if you have a boat, what time of year you like to go, if you have down riggers or not.

Notradomious predicted Rapala would rule the world

I don’t know if that note was for me or not but I’ll answer as I can use any advice fishing here. I do have a boat with one downrigger, (18.5 ft starcraft pro walleye) I am a walleye freak and have only really gone after them at DC usually boat about 3-5 fish a trip, definitly haven’t figured them out there but am learning more each trip. Nothing huge so far but a few good eaters. Tried Yuba once but was only out there for a few hours and restricted by the docks as the wind chased me off. I will do my best to master that lake this year for N. Pike. I’ll fish as soon as the ice is off until it’s back on this year (I’m ready to get a flame thrower out on these resevoirs, I just got back from the keys fishing, gave me the fever bad).

Last year I worked too dang much so hardly fished. I’ll go after any game fish (mainly Walleye, N. Pike, Striper, Wiper, Bass), not crazy about trout, also will go after any panfish as I love to eat them. I’m new to fishing out of a boat in UT. Grew up with small boats in WI but we don’t seem to have the massive waves and wind we have here, I only fished a handful of lakes I grew up on, all were small acerage and surrounded by trees so minimal wind compared to here. I think I should have bought a 22 ft instead of the 18.5 after being blown around in UT.

I am with you on the crank baits, it’s primarily what I use and always have. I could come close to matching your tackle box, it’s a rediculous addiction, I can’t walk through the fishing aisle anywhere without picking up some form or crankbait. A lot of mine I will confess are knock off’s as I’m too poor to buy the real deal most of the time.

I don’t know these resevoirs at all so any advice would be received with open arms.

Hello fellow crank baiter,
I’d help you any way I could. The fish that you mentioned isn’t the type of fish that I target.Yes, I grew up catching trout and still pound the waters for them.I hope to adventure after some bass this year. However I’ve had some good luck catching Tiger Muskies in Pine View.Theres alot better tiger hookers than I,but I’ve have caught some dandys.I read your profile and noticed that you live in So. Jordan as do I.If you wanted to stop by sometime I could show you what I use or I could drop you a note. What ever works for you works for me.

Rapala hooked me too.

HE WHO DIES WITH THE MOST RAPALAS WINS!!!

Just for fun who has the most? I am a light wieght.
(as far as rapalas go…) I have 37.

how about you?

My all time favorite lure. I started fishing with them 20+
years ago in Northern Utah; on the rivers. My friend
would shake his head at me.

I remember catching a 6lb brown on the little bear river
one morning. That converted him. A few years later
he caught a similiar fish on the Logan river.

Color and detail on them are amazing. Hover, what truly sets them apart from other crank baits is the action of a wounded baitfish.

Having said this, the Lucky Craft lures are another amazing lure. They just need to bring the price down.

uhhh you might have a serious problem!!!:astonished::laughing:

A problem? Why whatever do you mean?
I know someone(CRANKEM) that has thousands of cranks. 6 or 7 of each color and size of hundreds of different makes. If he looses 10 in a walleye trip, no big deal. If i loose 1, i almost cry.[;)]

LOL I mean you have more than me[frown] that’s a problem!!

Instead of counting Rapalas I count teeth marks.:sunglasses:

Rapalas take a lick’n and keep on swim’n

I couldn’t even start to imagen what the bottom of Flaming Gorge looks like.About 10 yrs ago I had a vest blow out the boat and sank like a rock.It had a couple of hundo,my driver and fishin license in it.Has anyone found it?[:p]

lost Rapala reward if found.

I’ve got a few hundred myself. Not all Rapala’s but a bunch of them are.

I seem to have a few rapalas but don’t use them any more…[;)]

Hello Bassgod,

Sounds like your the guy i’m looking for. I have more bass stuff than I need. Would love to trade some for those Rapalas thats hanging out in your tackle box. I’m trying to get on your good side, so you can show me the tricks of the master. Sounds like it should work in your favor :sunglasses:

Rapalas R on the New York Stock Exchange

Maybe some time we mite trade a little…[;)]

And as far as fishing goes that can happen as well…But I’m no fishing God by any way just a lowly fisherman who likes to fish…
