Fished Boyd for about 1 hour today on my way to the store I stopped at the inlet. My first cast produced a 18in. Walleye, 3 cast later I caught a 14in. White bass, 5 casts later I caught a 13in. Smallmouth bass. ended with a total 5 fish 3 white bass the 1 eye and 1 smaller. not bad for a hour.
Wow, that’s impressive, especially the walleyes from shore. Do the white bass get any bigger than they do at Utah lake? What were you using to have such good success Chuck?
Yea it was fun for the hour I was there, I was fishing at the inlet and it is flowing pretty good still. I think the white bass are about the same size as ut lake, bigger crappie here though. I was using chartreuse twister tails.
Wow, that pretty impressive, do you use any scent or worm on your jigs when fishing like that?
