Hey guys and gals I need your help, what are the inurance laws in the state, I have a 13’ 7" inch aluminum boat with a 9 hrs motor do I need to get the liability on this setup to fish. Thanks, i keep getting different info so anyone that knows for sure please help. thanks Al
No insurance of any kind required for your boat. If you want to get some it is your choice.
LD is right, I believe the law says any boat with a 50 HP motor or larger needs insurance. WH2
