me and a buddy hit the berry this morning we got there at 7:30 we hit battle flat first and i caught 2 rainbows, and i ran into one of my freinds and he caught a 20" cut fishing was pretty slow so i decided to move. i went to the first turn off on the road that goes to the dam. as soon as i cast my poles out they got hit at the same time. one fish hung me up in the rocks and the outher broke my line. so i rigged up with power bait agian and threw out it only took about a minute and i caught one. it was real fast action for rainbows 12-14" but the cuts wouldnt hit the power bait so i rigged one line up with a white tube jig tipped with a minnow and started casting after a half hour i caught a 21" cu tbut that was it. i had three nice ones follow it in and only one hit he was big thought probably 24-25" all in all 14 bows and 1 cut we left at 12:00 hit the ladders for some kokes but no such luck.
That’s pretty good from shore. So you seemed to only get bows in the 12-14 range? When I was up there last weekend I found lot sof those too. But still, they looked really good. No damaged fins or anything.
