Heading to east canyon tomorrow just seeing if there’s some else going solo. Really don’t like going alone but have the day off tomorrow, let me know if anyone is interested in going
Did you end up going to East Canyon today? I am wondering if I can get you to give me a quick update on the ice conditions up there. We are thinking of heading up there either Friday or Saturday this week and want to make sure the ice is still safe with all this warm weather.

I did go up today, when I arrived the truck said 16 degrees. The edges were rock solid this morning, they did however soften up a little in the afternoon but I had no problems getting on and off. I’d say the ice is at least 10 to 12 inches everywhere I drilled which was only two different spots. Fishing was great for me early on then really seemed to die off around 11 o’clock. I think I’m going to give it another shot in the morning. Tried to find some tigers but was only able to catch the bows
