Anybody fished strawberry lately?

Anyone have any updates on what is working for trout ? A buddy is coming down from Idaho later in the week and wants to try it. I’m away in Florida and won’t be around. I gave him a few ideas on gear etc. He will be in a boat spin and or fly fishing. Thought I’d pass along any info I can learn.

Although I have not fished Strawberry yet this spring , white , and black crystal buggers have been working all winter on Jordy, Deer Creek , and Rockport . also try a purple showgirl , always seems to work on about any lake .
