As you probably realize now, usually when referring to trolling, the depth referred to is the depth at which the trolling lures is pulled, not the depth of the lake where the trolling is occurring.
Good to know, thanks for the clarification!

Yes I was up there camping in all the rain also and no bites all weekend [:(] but the rain just scares all the fish from around shore so you need a boat in that situation.
Took my kick boat up last night, Tuesday and got on the water at 4pm. Wind, rain and lightning kicked me off the lake at 5:00pm. Got back on the water at 6:30. What a waste of time and gas. Marked lots of fish and they all had lock jaw. I tried different flies, tube jigs, power bait and whatever used to work. Nothing. What is going on? I caught 2 rainbows and on a couple of other hits. No tagged fish. Worst day on the berry for a very long time. Somebody please tell us what is going on.
It’s hard to say what is going on exactly without knowing exactly what the fish want. I would try moving around to find more active fish. Strawberry is so huge that different fish can be in different moods at the same time. The weather there is really spotty and it can be sunny on one side of the lake and raining on another.
