Willard bay perch question.

On a different thread , I saw some pictures of somebody catching perch at willard from the shore. I have not gone app because every time I think about taking my kayak out there.It ends up windy , but I was wondering if anybody had any intelligence about where from the shore they can be caught without ice.

I have not heard any good reports on the Willard perch since last Fall, I think Pineview would be a better option, IMO.

Not as big as Willard maybe, but lots of good perch options for kayak or at times shore. Pineview, Rockport, echo, jordanelle to just list a few. All have fillet size perch.
