When the snow stacks up, the wild critters are forced down out of the mountains and must learn to make a living among humans.
Watch out for deer on the roads and other large animals who might come right into your yards in search of a meal.
Even worse are the bears. They have been known to become very complacent about humans and even to become aggressive in their search for food in camping areas.
