What items need to be in the boat?

I am getting my boat ready to use and need to know what items are required. i.e. throwable life preserver…

Lets see, I wonder what I could charge per day for those trips? Sounds easier than catching lake trout, much more profitable, and a lot more fun! Probably even legal someplace like Pyramid Lake in Nevada. Come to think of it, who even needs a lake?
