Fished Walcott today for 5 hrs. 1 fish and lots of cold wind. The fish was a 20 incher and a very pretty fish. The wind bit through the best of the clothes and sent a chill down my spine. Ice was 8 in at the park, with lots of sound. Going to try Salmon falls creek res. Thursday.

Yes we were planning on ice fishing. There are a few spots that are frozen over and should be OK. Not a lot. Greys is open so is Big Sandy. I viewed from the top of a ridge on the east side and ther is ice by Goose Island and Norton bay.
