I’am a very proud dad . My 8 year old boy is now studying the martial arts @ Mountain Path Martial arts school. . His study is in Taekwondo.He has reached the ranking of Yellow Belt. But he is just 2 weeks away from the rank of an orange belt. This has been so great for him. He also plans to study other martial arts in the near future. Now my 4 year old boy starts his venture in the arts this week. i just thought i would share this with you good people.
That’s great! I have a old friend in Iowa that’s an instructor. He’s 4th or 5th or more blackbelt. Been to Korea twice. Tell your boy, Congrats!

Sweet glad to hear it. My 2 boys are fallowing the old man in taking judo. My oldest is 8, youngest is 5 and the 5 year old kicks some wicked butt. Oldest lets put it this way he ends up doing alot of judo push ups. He will get the hint one day. Anyways congrats!
Yea he to has had to do a few of the push-up . Or at least that what Master Troy tells us.I think this is a really good sport for kids . Especially if you get them started young. Tell your kids to stick with it . They will be glad they did.
