I guess all those buckets of whities that ‘walk off the ice’ fall into a black market. So I hear.
And I agree with ya - I hate to freeze panfish. Best when freshest. Always hate to waste any food.
But - certainly have bagged a limit of panfish, and after the monumental cleaning task - was a matter of diving up the booty - and making various plans of attack.

Attack by the Hot Over - bake’n or broil’n em to bits!
