well went out yesterday for a short 3 hours and never touch a fish, tried some bass too start off with notta, than switched too cats and notta, I do have an excuse, my boat was not running correctly so I was stuck with my 101lb thrust trolling motor, so I didn’t go too far from the ramp and the water was bouncing between 45 - 46 degrees yesterday… i’m hoping too get the boat completely fixed this week, depending on what suzuki in washington says… any boat mechanics out there…[;)]

you fully remind me why I gotta take my motor out for a “dry run” before I hit the waters, or I too will be relying on 'electric all the way!

I took the lower unit off my 4hp and replaced the water pump impeller yesterday. I figured that if I got it done now I wouldn’t need to have some down time during fishing to replace it then. After my 10 hours are up on my break in I plan to clean the plugs and I will be ready for the summer. Ron
