Wanted to launch from the island boat ramp this morning from the float tube, but the wind wasn’t playing nice so I gave a few casts from the bank and decided to find a sheltered spot on the lake to get in the tube. Great decision because I found some water more suitable at Walsburg. I think I launched at 8, water temperature was 56. Murky conditions but I gave it a go. Missed several hits, a couple of big head shakers, but I did manage to catch 2 cigars and 3 15 inchers walleye. I was bouncing jigs on the bottom in 19 to 26 ft of water. The bite was awesome as they smacked the jigs.
