Left work a little early so I could fish for a tiny bit before it got dark. (Didn't take boat lights to make sure I got back home at a decent hour.)

Decided to bounce around Wolftever close to the put in for a bit. Skipped across the creek and got a hit every time I started fishing an area. But…no catches. Guessing they were little bluegills hitting the BG crappie jig and not committing.

When sun started going down, ran to the fishing dock and cast around it where tons of bait fish were swimming around. Got 5 yellow bass in about 15 minutes before calling it a day. Was fun and biggest yellow bass I've ever seen. They weren't massive, but most of the yellow bass I've caught were pretty small before this trip.

Water was 58 degrees I think. I honestly don't remember what my funny little standalone AA-battery-powered fish finder said.
