Not sure why you consider it amazing that they will bite a Gulp Minnow.
Because they are an artificial bait, and that just seemed amazing to me that they would hit anything artificial like that but I guess its the scent that draws them to it.
If you think Gulp Minnows are a strange bait for sturgeon, how about PowerBait?
