Heading up to strawberry this weekend the 24 and 25th. HAvent been this year yet so not sure how the lake is fishing, seen a few reports but not many, will be fishing from a boat with both fly and spin reels. Any help on bait, lures and areas to fish would be great. Thanks pms welcome.
Fished Saturday evening at renegade from float tubes with worms, garlic power bait, minnows, flies. Caught a nice rainbow on purple power bait, lost a few on worms, good luck at this time of year.
We are talking Soldier Creek side Sat or Sun. Don’t know which yet 
fished it friday and only got 1 cutt, very very slow fishing
I fished the Soldier Creek area two weeks ago sunday and caught 25 and get this, they were all rainbows. Last sunday I fished the bryants fork area and only caught 4 and they were all bows.
So if you go go straight out from the boat ramp and fish to the north in those bays over there.
