Wondering if anyone was at the berry today? Thinking of heading up tomorrow and would like to know if a snowmobile would make it or if there is to much slush after the warm weather and snowstorm. Any suggestions on other places to hit tomorrow would be appreciated. Thanks

I was wondering the same thing, how the walk on the ice will be tomorrow. You would think it would re-freeze, but with all the snow I guess it might be insulated.

dought there is alot of slush, alittle over 2 ft new at danials summit.
I was watching this thread to get some info… I went today anyway - crazy blizzard and all. Went to Strawberry Marina and there were a few slush holes but there was more snow than slush but it’ll get bad soon. There was fierce wind… roads were bad and lots of people went off the road (including me!) I got there too late but fishing success was normal I thought.
My son and I went today,
I managed to stay on the road but dropped my foot in an old hole on the way out on the ice and my sons boots got soaked in the slush, he only fished fo a few then went to the lodge to thaw his feet out. The blizzard was NASTY but oh well. Caught about 6 or so, nothing spectacular, I think I figured it out right before we left… The roads really suck so take that into mind if you go.
Hey apocalypse… that’s a brave son for sure. Did I cross paths with you at the restaurant? (near the bathrooms)
